2011 Mercury Retrograde

Retrograde of planet in the universe is nothing but the result of our optical illusion. As we know, Sun is surrounded by different planets and they are twirling around, keeping Sun at their center. But when we see from the earth it looks like that any planet can stop and go backwards, which is known as retrograde motion. If planet again stops and come forward then it is called direct motion.

It is not advisable to start any concrete venture during retrograde period. But one can take preparation at that time and implement it later during the direct phase of Mercury.

Retrograde of Mercury takes places three times in a year. During Pre-retrograde period, Mercury slows down. It is said that due to slowing down of Mercury, it loses its power and any new venture turns out to be fruitless. Then the period comes when it is known as Post-Retrograde, when Mercury starts picking up speed but does not show successful progression. Thus, this time also does not provide any fruitful result for any new project. This is to say that during the time of Mercury Retrograde, taking up new venture is not the wiser decision. Mercury twirls around the Sun always in the same direction and its speed remains almost consistence. Thus, it is better to know about Mercury retrograde periods and then take up new venture so that any effort for this venture does not go waste.
