Welcome to the Terms of Use ("Terms") for Kundli AI (Dhruv) Astro Software. These Terms govern your subscription to Kundli AI (Dhruv) Astro Software (referred to as "membership" or "subscription") offered by AstroSage.com or AstroSage Kundli App (collectively referred to as "AstroSage," "we," "our," or "us").

  1. Amendments to Terms
    AstroSage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at our discretion by posting the amended terms on our website. If you became a member before such amendments, the updated terms shall automatically take effect after they are posted. Your continued use of Kundli AI (Dhruv) Astro Software after such amendments signifies your acceptance of the changes.
  2. Membership Eligibility and Communications
  • AstroSage reserves the right to accept or reject any membership at our discretion.
  • By subscribing, you agree to receive email and other communications related to your membership, regardless of your account settings or preferences.
  • Membership is non-transferable and non-assignable except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
  1. Membership Benefits
    AstroSage may, at its sole discretion, modify, add, or remove any membership benefits from time to time without prior notice.
  2. Restrictions on Use
    You agree to the following restrictions while using Kundli AI (Dhruv) Astro Software:
  • You shall not resell, distribute, or put to commercial use any part of the software content, reports, or Kundli.
  • No content, reports, or Kundli generated through the software may be reproduced, transmitted, stored, or disseminated on any website or public/private electronic retrieval systems without prior written permission from AstroSage.
  • You shall not modify, alter, translate, adapt, or otherwise transform any content/reports of the software.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroSage and its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the membership. Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the last membership fee paid by you.
  2. Subscription Termination
    AstroSage reserves the right to terminate your subscription at our discretion, with or without notice. If your subscription is terminated without cause, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining period of your membership term (annual or monthly). No refund will be provided in cases of termination due to:
  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Fraud, misuse of the membership, or conduct deemed harmful to AstroSage or other users.

If auto-renewal is enabled, a refund (in accordance with these Terms) will only be provided for the charged membership term. It means you will not receive refunds for previous periods or future scheduled renewals beyond the current billing cycle.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
