IPL 2020 is a professional T-20 cricket format established since 2007 consisting of some of the best cricketers from around the world competing against each other. As per the latest updates, the IPL 13 or IPL 2020 is scheduled to begin from 19 September in United Arab Emirates (UAE), with the final match being scheduled on 10 November. These are the most tentative dates being rolled out as of now, although BCCI is yet to chalk out the final details regarding IPL Schedule and Timings.
IPL 13 was originally scheduled to begin on 29 March but postponed till further notice due to the ongoing pandemic caused by Coronavirus outbreak. This latest update has brought a sense of enthusiasm and positivity among sports enthusiasts, however, BCCI is maintaining every safety protocol regarding quarantine.
Indian Premier League (IPL) is a renowned Twenty20 cricket league organized during March, April or May on a yearly basis. Around eight teams representing different cities participate in this worldwide event with national and international cricket players categorized in different teams. All of these events are held under the supervision and management of the Board of Control for Cricket in India or the BCCI.
This tournament is scheduled to follow the Double Round-robin and Knockout format, and hosted by United Arab Emirates. However, RCB or Royal Challengers Bangalore earned appreciation from the world for appointing women support staff.

The information about the IPL Schedule has been out. The IPL Matches were all set to begin from 29 March and last till 24 May 2020, but due to CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK all over the world, it was postponed. However, as per the latest updates, IPL 13 is currently scheduled to be held on September 19 till November 10 at the United Arab Emirates. Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has given out the current tentative details and yet to finalise the IPL Schedule, Match Timings, and much more.
Recently, the Indian Premier League Governing Council decided on the venues at the United Arab Emirates. Three major grounds will host the IPL 2020 Matches, i.e. Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Sharjah Cricket Stadium and Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium after subjecting to necessary codes and clearance.
As per the recent IPL Schedule update, the first match is scheduled to be held on 19 September 2020. This will be a 53-day tournament, where the 10-afternoon matches will be played starting from 15:30 IST/03:30 PM IST and evening matches at 19:30 IST/07:30 PM IST. However, all Standard Operating Procedures for a safe tournament are expected to be followed after they are finalised.
