Rohini Vrat: Rohini Vrat is done each month in Jainism and it leads to good health, happiness, and peace. It also proves effective in getting rid of financial troubles.
Meru Trayodashi: The Meru Trayodashi is considered a major festival in the Jain religion and is celebrated in memory of Pingal Kumar. As per the Jain calendar, the festivals fall every year on the month of Pausha and on the Trayodashi date of the Krishna Paksha.
Samvatsari Festival: In the Jain religion, the festivals of the Shvetambar and Digambar sects are celebrated in Bhadrapada month. The Paryushan event of people having belief in Svetambaras lasts for eight days and the event of the Digambara sect lasts for ten days, also known as the “Dasalakshan Festival”. In the Shvetambara community, people celebrate the Samvatsari event on the last day of the Paryushan festival.
Mahavir Jayanti: Mahavir Jayanti is one of the biggest festivals in the Jain religion which is celebrated throughout India in full colors & joy. Mahavir was born on the day and thus it is dedicated to the 24th Tirthankar of the religion. According to the Jain calendar and Hindu calendar, Lord Mahavira was born on the Traydashi of the Shukla Paksha of the Chaitra month.
Lakshmi Puja: In the Jain religion, Lakshmi Puja is performed the day or date when Lord Mahavir attained salvation. On this auspicious occasion, Lord Mahavir is worshiped with great faith and devotion. Also, people end old transactions and start new ones.
