History and Importance of Sikh Religion

Sikhism is the fifth-largest religion in India and with over 27 million followers across the world. The ‘Sikh’ word in Punjabi refers to ‘disciple’. Lohri

There is special significance of Lohri festivals in Sikhism and it is celebrated a day before the Makar Sankranti.
